The Foundation shall pursue the following objectives, all of which will be implemented only after obtaining necessary approval from the Government, concerned authorities, or competent regulatory bodies. Any objective inconsistent with Section 20 of the Societies Registration Act shall be considered ineffective.
1. Humanitarian &
Charitable Activities
Organize humanitarian,
charitable, and welfare programs for underprivileged, marginalized, and
distressed communities.
2. Relief Distribution
Undertake relief distribution
initiatives for neglected, helpless individuals, elderly poor persons, and
communities affected by natural disasters or emergencies.
3. Vocational & Skills
Training
Implement vocational training
programs—such as computer training, sewing, driving, handicrafts, knitting—to
enhance employability among unemployed individuals.
4. Humanitarian Awareness
Promote humanitarian values and
social awareness among common people, vulnerable groups, and the broader
community.
5. Library & Reading
Facilities
Establish libraries and reading
rooms to encourage reading habits and support educational development.
6. Establishment of Welfare
Institutions
Construct and operate hospitals,
clinics, pathology centers, technical/vocational institutes, schools, colleges,
and other welfare-oriented institutions as needed.
7. Infrastructure & Asset
Development
Acquire land, buildings, office
equipment, vehicles, furniture, and other assets necessary for the effective
functioning of the Foundation.
8. Financial Support to
Vulnerable Groups
Provide stipends to poor and
meritorious students; allowances to widows, elderly persons, disabled
individuals; medical assistance to neglected and helpless people; and marriage
support to poor families.
9. Old Age Home
Establish old age homes for
elderly, retired, disabled, and helpless individuals requiring shelter and
care.
10. Health & Environmental
Development
Implement programs aimed at
improving public health, sanitation, and environmental conditions.
11. Welfare &
Rehabilitation Projects
Undertake integrated development
projects for disadvantaged communities, including:
- Agricultural development
- Women and children welfare
- Working children training
- Disability development
- Livelihood support
- Child rehabilitation
- Housing for affected families
- Old age welfare
- Ideal village development
12. Fair Price Shops
Establish fair price shops to
supply essential goods and services to poor and low-income families at
affordable rates.
13. Religious Institutions
Establish mosques, madrasas, and
other religious institutions in remote or underserved areas where necessary.
14. Support to Employees &
Dependents
Establish or support
associations, institutions, provident funds, trusts, or welfare schemes
benefiting Foundation employees, ex-employees, their dependents, or the broader
community.
15. Borrowing & Financial
Arrangements
Borrow or raise funds from banks
or financial institutions, with or without security, for promoting the
Foundation’s charitable objectives, including mortgaging or pledging Foundation
assets when necessary.
16. Mortgage & Guarantee
Facilities
Mortgage Foundation assets as
security for loans or credit facilities extended to the Foundation, associated
organizations, or third parties, and provide guarantees where required.
17. Acceptance of Donations
Accept donations, gifts,
contributions, or lawful subscriptions to support the Foundation’s objectives.
Foreign donations shall be subject to approval under the Foreign Donations
(Voluntary Activities) Regulation Ordinance, 1978.
18. Management of Donated
Properties
Accept and manage properties
donated or assigned by individuals or organizations, utilizing the income for
the Foundation’s welfare activities.
19. Health & Sanitation
Infrastructure
Implement health care and
sanitation programs, including installation of deep tube wells at grassroots
levels to improve living standards of underprivileged communities.
20. Social Welfare Programs
Undertake any social welfare or
charitable program for needy individuals with approval from the Executive
Committee of Shyamoli Human Welfare Foundation.
