1)
Organize the humanitarian or charitable programs amongst the unprivileged people.
2)
Taking initiatives for distribution of relief among
the disregarded helpless people, old age poor people and those people which are
affected by natural calamity.
3)
Taking initiative vocational training programs as like
as computer training, sewing job training, Driving, handicraft, knitting for
unemployed people.
4)
To aware the common people, helpless people and human
society for their humanitarian activities.
5)
To establish library or reading room for developing
the reading habits to the common people.
6) To build up/constriction hospital, clinic and
pathology center, technical/vocational institutes, school, college and other
institutions as may be felt
necessary for the welfare of the people.
7)
To acquire land and building
office equipment, motor vehicle, office furniture and furnishing for help
SHAYMOLI MANOB KALLYAN FOUNDATION activities.
8)
To give stipend to poor and meritorious students,
allowance to helpless widow, old age
people disabled people, medical allowance to disregarded and helpless people,
marriage allowance to poor and helpless people.
9)
To establish old age home for help old age poor and
retired person, disregarded, disable and helpless people.
10)
To take programs for development of health and environment.
11)
To take up different projects for the welfare,
development and rehabilitation of downtrodden underprivileged sections of
people as integrated agricultural development program, awareness creation women
and children project, training for working children project, disabled
development project, livelihood supports program, children rehabilitation
project, dwelling houses building for effective families, old age welfare
project and ideal village project.

To establish fair price shop for supply variety goods
and services to poor people and low income people.
13)
To establish mosque, Madrasha and other religious
institution at remote area/where necessary in
Bangladesh.
14)
To establish/support or aid in the establishment
support of associations, institutions, provident or other funds, trusts and
conveniences calculated to benefit
the employees or ex-employees of SHAYMOLI MANOB KALLYAN FOUNDATION or their
dependents of such persons or the larger mass or may be decided by the foundation.
15)
To borrow or raising
loan and money from any bank or other
financial institution in such manner as the foundation shall think fit for the
purpose of promoting or attaining the charitable or other similar purpose for
which the foundation is incorporated with or without securities or by any other
means as may be deemed expedient and securing repayment thereof by mortgaging,
hypothecating, pledging or otherwise charging the whole of or any part of the
property of the foundation, movable or immovable.
16)
To mortgage the property and assets of the foundation
as securities for loans and or any credit facilities to be given to any
foundation, associate company or companies or third party and also to give
guarantee securing liabilities of such associate company or companies or third party.
17) To accept donations, gifts, contributions or lawful subscriptions towards promoting and maintaining the objectives of the foundation and to create and provide funds and to vest and apply the same as and when the foundation may deem it expedient for carrying out any of its objectives provided that the receipt of any foreign donations will be subject to government approval under foreign donation (voluntary activities) regulations ordinance 1978.
18) To accept and manage properties donated or assigned by
individuals or organizations of which the income in full or part will be utilized for the purpose of
the foundation.
19) To take health care and sanitation program, set up
deep Tubewell at grassroots level to development health and living standard of
unprivileged people.
20) To take any program of social welfare and charitable
for the needy people by approval of the executive committee of SHAYMOLI MANOB
KALLYAN FOUNDATION.
